Billing rates

In order to create invoices, SchedulePark needs to know how much to charge for your time.

This is done by creating a rate tier list.

The rate tier is a hierarchy of rates that relate to your (or your staff’s) level as defined on the staff maintenance page.
(For example, if your level is 4, your rate is the fourth one down the tier. If your level is 1, you are on top!)

On the rate tier page, you enter five rates, top to bottom, and click save.

You can go to the client page, and assign a tier of rates to the client.

Now, when you calculate invoices, or view the billing report, this rate will be used to show amounts!
