    Now we’re picking up speed!

    If you have approved line items and expenses for your client, it’s time to create an invoice!

    On the SchedulePark menu, select the “invoicing” tab.

    You can choose from several invoice formats

    Invoice with write down (Shows the write down amount at the bottom of the page.)

    Invoice without write down (Does not show the write down amount, simply the discounted total.)

    Invoice for contract rates (No line items are included, just the monthly contract rate.)

    Simply select your client and date range to be invoiced.
    If everything looks good, finalize the invoice! A snapshot of this invoice will be generated and save for printing, receiving and will apear on the aging report!
