If an appointment has been marked as completed, it’s time will show up on the data entry button (found under the “time keeping” tab on the menu) or here.
This page will show a list of appointments and tasks as line items. the billing code, description and hours worked can be adjusted. You can even add notes!
Staff members
You can manage you personal time here.
If you have a new line item to add, click the “Enter new line item” button.
You will see the following popup

You can enter the information for the new line item, and then save it.
Managers/Admins
You can do everything above, but you can manage time for all staff members.
After entering this information, it can be reviewed on the time keeping review page.
